Travel

If an individual needs to travel for state related business or professional development, then a CIT Travel Request form must be completed. The CIT Travel Request form must be signed by the requestor, requestor’s supervisor, and the Director.

If travel will exceed $500, if any lodging requests exceed state limits, or if meals are being requested for travel that does not involve overnight stay, then a Travel Justification form must be completed. The Travel Justification form must be signed by the requestor, the Director, and the Dean.
Once the CIT Travel Request and (if necessary) the Travel Justification form are complete, the forms can be turned into Bobbi. Bobbi will process the paperwork and advise you on other areas needing your attention, which will vary by request.

Read the Travel Guidelines document for more information that can assist in completing the CIT Travel Request and which answers common questions related to the process.
