The LET Support Team provides support for various educational technologies such as Canvas, Respondus, and Blackboard Collaborate to name a few. We primarily support faculty through phone or email. Faculty are also welcome to walk-in to LET Support for hands-on assistance or to schedule a house call. We also extend our support to students on a more limited basis. We assist Classroom Technologies by fielding their support calls and sending out technicians.
We consist of three full-time employees and one student worker.
