Check out a special beer and local food paired dinner featuring Wild Wolf Brewing Company. No doubt the chefs at the Local are cooking up something delicious for this event!

1st course with Hunny Blonde Ale

Hunny Blonde steamed PEI mussels, LOCAL honey and LOCAL corn consommé, Chef’s garden hop gremoulata, caramelized LOCAL cantaloupe and spicy house-grown micro greens

An unfiltered Belgian style Blonde Ale with wheat and a lot of local honey in every pour.  We have also added a special spice blend to give it an added kick.  Smooth and refreshing, this beer is straw yellow in color with a slight sweetness in the middle and an estery finish characteristic of the best Belgian beers. 7.1% ABV

2nd course with Ginger Lager

Chef’s garden hop-salt cured LOCAL trout maki rolls, trout roe, mango-LOCAL malt vinegar drizzleand LOCAL ginger three ways – candied, pickled and puree

Ginger lager starts with a pilsner base and then we add 15lbs of fresh ginger and almost as much dried ginger along with a ton of fresh citrus.  Crisp and effervescent this beer will cleanse your palate and refresh you on even the hottest of summer days. 7.5% ABV

3rd course with Wee Heavy Ale

house smoked LOCAL crispy pork belly, LOCAL butternut squash and Serrano pepper puree, LOCAL hickory syrup-Scottish Ale BBQ, LOCAL carrot salad with caramel ribbons

Our Scottish style brown ale is deep brown in color – just take a smell of this beautiful beer and you will see why it is Scottish in style. Strong notes of roasted caramel malt and finishing with a touch of smoke and whiskey,  reminiscent of the best scotches. 6.5% ABV

4th course with WolflNStein Imperial Stout

farm raised roasted squab, stuffed with candied hazelnuts and vanilla poached LOCAL sweet potatoes, LOCAL espresso dusted LOCAL onion rings, Imperial Stout-cocoa jus, fig preserve and LOCAL savory

WolfINstein is an amped up version of our American Stout. More malt, more hops and a whole lot more alcohol. Deep black in color with a tan head. This beer is velvety smooth on the mouth. Starting with just a touch of alcohol heat, intense coffee and chocolate flavors, ending with just the perfect amount of hop bitterness to balance the entire experience. 10.5% ABV

5th course with Weiz Wolf Hefeweizen

banana custard, LOCAL apple chips, clove scented berries, candied bacon ice cream and chocolate covered bacon

Once again we have taken your traditional German beer and put our own twist on it.  Unfiltered and cloudy orange in color.  Medium light in body and highly carbonated; this perfectly refreshing summer beer has very mild notes of banana and cloves. 5.1% ABV

5-course LOCAL Beer Dinner is $65 per person
