Fava Chick Hummus

1 15oz can Goya fava beans, drained (save liquid — you can find these at a Mexican grocery store)
1 15oz can Goya chick peas, drained (save liquid — combine with fava liquid)
1/4C + 1 TBS tahini (I like the organic stuff from Martins)
1/4C lemon juice
1/4C + 1 TBS olive oil (high quality cold-pressed is best)
5-6 cloves garlic (smashed)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
3/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
0 to 1/2C reserved bean liquid

Directions: Put everything in food processor except bean liquid. Turn processor on high speed. After a minute, start drizzling in bean liquid until you have that nice creamy consistency. Continue processing for 5-10 minutes on high speed. Serve with blue corn chips or whatever. I wonder if this would be good with cilantro mixed in? Next time I will add a half of an onion and a small tomato.
