Analytic Capabilities to Support Academic and Administrative Needs

Describe the additional analytic capabilities to support academic and administrative needs.

Examples of such tools could include:

  • Web traffic analysis tools like Google Analytics
  • Student activity reports in the system and per course/organization
    • Number and duration of visits
    • Amount of activity in different tools or when accessing documents and other resources
  • Faculty activity reports
  • System-wide reports
    • Number of courses/visitors/log-ins
    • Number, duration and time of visits
  • Academic Analytics
    • Student performance in a course (early warnings at signs of potential failure)
    • Grade analysis (e.g. mean, median per assessment item, assignment and overall course)
