Biography in Brief:
Before I pursued my doctoral study at the University of Missouri-Columbia, I was a master-degree student in the Computer-assisted Language Learning (CALL) at Shanghai JiaoTong University (SJTU), China. I was in the panel of editors writing the National College English textbooks 21st Century College English series (Listening & Speaking, Books 1 and 2). I was also a part-time teacher teaching college students English Reading and Listening.

I received my Ph.D. degree in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. Since then, I have been working in the fields of instructional design and faculty development in higher education.
